  1. Documents required:
    • Passport, valid for at least 6 months, with 2 blank pages
    • 1 passport size photograph
    • 1 application form. Download here.

    • For express service: Return tickets.
    • For a business trip: An invitation letter/ fax from a Chinese Government department; or from a Chinese company (must have a company seal).

    • Payment by cash, cheque or postal order.
    • Pre-paid Special Delivery envelope (to return your passports) or add £6.
